Greetings @boradprashant

Thanks for the post and Welcome to HP Forums,

I understand that you are unable to install OS using the recovery kit.

Not to worry, I will be glad to help.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

Was the recovery kit created on the same computer?

May I know the exact product number of your computer? Click here for assistance. (Please do not share the serial number of your computer.)

Do you get any errors while running the recovery on your computer?

Recommend you to perform a hard reset on your computer. Click here.

Turn the computer on and keep tapping F2 repeatedly on startup to enter system test.

Please run a system test on the computer to make sure all the components are working correctly. Click here.

Once all the test pass, please do a hard reset again.

Turn the computer on and keep tapping F10 repeatedly on startup to enter BIOS.

Please do a BIOS defaults.

Make sure secure boot is enabled and the legacy boot is disabled.

Save and Exit and try to run the recovery manager.

This should help you perform a recovery on the computer.

Let me know how it goes.
