my laptop shuts off automatically at 30% even at 90%, i always have to use it with charging. what should i do?

Hi,

It could be that the battery is failing or has failed so that when you remove power the laptop shuts down nearly immediately. When it shuts down and you restart what percentage of battery charge do you have? Try performing HP diagnostics battery test and see if it fails or is good.
