laptop suddenly switched off

HP Recommended
HP pavillion ts 14 sleekbook
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)
When I start my laptop after log in it suddenly switched off..to do this also I need to plug in my battery.
This laptop switched of within one minute after start.
After one minute the battery indication is just flick no any continue charging is happening .
My laptop have no problem earlier....its just started from last two days..


To suddenly switch off..


I hope you will help to move on from this trouble.

Try performing Hard Reset and see if that helps, Below document should help you :

You might also want to take a look at this document: Battery Does not Power Notebook or Hold a Charge.

 

It suggests troubleshooting steps to determine if the problem is the battery, the power supply, or the system board.

You might find the answer to your battery/power issue as you work through the steps in that HP support article.
