Is a memory stick pro duo compatible with my laptop as i can't figure out how to insert it without an adaptor?

Hi,

 

What is your laptop ? Many laptops do NOT support Sony memory sticks, they normally support SD, SDHC, CF. Nearly all of them support SD and SDHC.
