Yes, It does have bluetooth with Windows 7 OS

I have been looking for months to resolve the pairing issue with Microsoft Sculpt Touch Mouse (bluetooth) (no dongle) and found the following web page. In fact, a few months ago, Microsoft tech support remoted (for 2 hours) into my PC and was unable to get the mouse functioning (it had been previously working). The Microsoft support tech. concluded that the mouse was not compatible with Windows 7 OS, which I did not agree or accept.

I have been searching for a solution for months, without success until very recently.
I found the following web page:

Go to START icon and type in services.msc and select services.

The dialog box that opens has a long list of stuff but look for BLUETOOTH SUPPORT SERVICE. Double

click to open. Make sure it is AUTOMATIC. Go to the LOG IN tab. Choose THIS ACCOUNT and type in

LOCAL SERVICE. A list of password (a 15-dot string) would appear. Delete all the password in the

PASSWORD and under CONFIRM. Choose Okay.

It will ask you to restart the service. Once restarted, turn on your bluetooth adaptor again. Put

your mouse in pairing mode and add the mouse.
Finally, If anyone out there knows why this weird procedure is necessary, please message me. Just curious

I tried this suggestion and to my thankfulness, it worked! The wizard was able to locate the bluetooth mouse. It paired successfully and has been working satisfactorily for the past 2 days... this is after Microsoft tech could not correct the issue several months ago and I just gave up, until renewing my solution search just recently.
