Unfortunately, none that I could think of.

Try uninstalling the device, reboot, and see if it installs automatically.

Did you install the Cyberlink YouCam software I posted above?

If not, you need to install it in order for the webcam to work.

If you have, unfortunately I won't be able to help you because I don't know why it wouldn't be working if the driver and youcam software is installed.

Yes I did, but the problem still same "Hp Truevision HD". any solutions ?
