When I'm in IE, sometimes my mouse pointer changes to a large plus sign, which is the Precision Select pointer. When I do that, the left click button no longer works, and I cannot Send the email, or login, or do anything within the window. WHY IS IT DOING THIS automatically and how can I stop it? I have tried playing with the mouse settings but haven't figured it out yet!

There are 2 solutions:
1. Go to Internet Explorer - Tools - Options - Advanced Tab - In the Browsing Section uncheck "Enable Third party Extensions"
Restart IE and the mouse cursor should appear as pointer
2. Uninstall HP Printer software
