i recently bought a hp g62 361tx laptop, in the manual it said that the touchpad supports multitouch. but i can't use the multitouch options like pinch and zoom and two finger scrolling. i went to the device settings of the touchpad, there i saw the options like pinch and zoom are enabled but the options are grey in colour and i'm not able to make any changes to. clicking my mouse on those options doesn't have any effect on them. please tell me how do i enable the multi touch options. i am not even able to use the online support and chat system of hp, 'coz for some reasons the website keeps telling that the support page for my laptop does not exist whenever i enter my product code or number.

please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Uninstall the Synaptics touchpad drivers and install the latest version from here and follow  this document to get it working.

I've got an envy, 2 finger scrolling doesn't work after upgrading to Windows 10.
