Hi there

 

I recently doanloaded anti-virus and suddenly my laptop became very slow infact it kinda jammed. what can i do to restore it?

Thank you for posting. I have read your post, and I understand that your laptop is having a slow performance after you installed the antivirus software. I want to assist you in this matter.

 

First, you can try to uninstall the antivirus software, and restart your computer to test if it will run normally as before.

To uninstall a software, go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Uninstall or change a program. Select the antivirus software, and uninstall it, then restart the computer to test the running speed.

 

If after you uninstall the program and your notebook gets back normal, try another antivirus program on your laptop.
