Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought my laptop about three weeks ago and I realized that my laptop base is uneven.

Particulary when the laptop is opened, the laptop wobbles.

And I noticed that right-down side is not close to the desk. I can even put my earphone wire into the space.

 

How can I solve this problem?

If you've only had it 3 weeks return it and buy another.

Don't exchange it, you want the 30 day return period to start over.

Also a tip for you, if possible pay for it with a credit card that doubles manufacturers warranties.

Thanks a lot! But do I have to return it to the store I bought?

I bought my laptop at Bestbuy around Kingston, but now I live in St. johns

 

Plus where can I find the return policies?

Generally if you buy from a chain you can return to any other store in that chain.

I have found that you can generally return items within 30 days with a receipt.

It's possible if the base is uneven some wiring is misrouted inside and may be damaged, specifically the wiring would be the antenna cables.

Could you please explain this? I live outside USA and would like to know more about it.
