thanks for your feedback but it does not work.

still problem persists.

actual problem is, when i connect my iphone, a drive was not open in MY PC. i.e Internal Storage.

same problem also occurs when i connect any android phone.

looking forward for better solution

i think you did not understand problem.

it was showing in itune but it's drive is not showing in "Device and drivers" in My Computer.

when you connect any phone in Laptop then a USB drive start installing and Internal Storage drive open in My computer but in my Laptop it was not opening.
