need help with choosing Bluetooth and WiFi drivers for my notebook

Hi, can someone help me with finding right bluettoth and Wifi drivers for my notebook. there are multiple options available on HP site and I'm unsure about that.

I downloaded and installed "Broadcom Bluetooth 4.0 Driver and Software" but it didn't work on my notebook.

Please suggest the right drivers for bluetooth and Wifi.

Hi:

Find the FCC ID sticker on your notebook (usually on the bottom and post the FCC ID.

That tells what model wireless card your notebook has.

You can also find the FCC ID info in the BIOS on the system information screen.

Hi,

I successfully installed the wifi driver but not able to connect to wifi network as it's unable to detect any.

For bluetooth, i did install the driver but it's unable to detect any device and I don't see any bluetooth icon on my pc.

please advise. I doubt if wifi and bluetooth hardware are missing on my laptop. is there any way to check on same?

Sorry those drivers didn't get everything to work straightaway.

Those are the drivers you need though and unfortunately, I do not know how to troubleshoot wireless connections once the drivers are installed.

Wifi started working as I had to turn it on using short key. Is there any similar key for bluetooth also?
