You're very welcome.

Thanks for the compliment, but I am not as amazing as you may believe.

The information about your notebook can be found at the link below.

All of the drivers I posted above will work with W7 Ultimate as well.

Best regards,

Hi, christitown:

First install the chipset driver and reboot.

That should install the 1C22

http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=ob-98379-1&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en&...=

Then install the IMEI driver.

http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=ob-96666-1&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en

If the above doesn't get rid of the 1C3A then try this other version.

http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=ob-86748-1&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en

This should install your Broadcom wireless adapter (4357).

Is your model a cq57-383sq?  The device 1033 - 0165 is a TV tuner card driver and I cannot find that driver on the support page for the above model. So, if you have a different model you will need to let me know what it is or go to the support and driver page an install the TV tuner card driver.

I don't know what the  usb 0529 is.  Do you have some add on USB device plugged into your notebook?

The ACPI device you can get below. The Download now button is on the upper left of the page.

The device is a  ITE Infrared Transceiver

Hi, Steve:

I would need the hardware ID for the network controller like the others posted above in order to provide the driver you neeed.

Your wireless card probably needs the driver installed and it will be listed as a Network Controller with a little yellow ! mark next to it.

I will need the hardware ID for that device.

Please see this example picture...and then just copy and paste the ID to your reply.  Just do the same thing for the network controller with the ! mark
