Unfortunately, I wouldn't know why the drivers I posted for your samsung notebook didn't work, since they are definitely for the hardware ID's you posted.

Since you now know what drivers you need, I recommend you get them from your Samsung PC's support and driver page.

First you need to install the AMD chipset driver from the link below.  Then reboot.  First file listed.

That should install the USB 3.0 controllers and SMBus controller.
