Hello my button on the laptop won't turn on and it won't recognise my wireless Reuter in the house. I was told to google the hardware dls for the drivers but how do I do this if I cannot connect to the Internet?
Any help would be great, Liam

Hi:

 

You go to the device manager and click on the network controller needing drivers.

 

It will have a little yellow ! mark next to it.

 

Click on that device and then click on the Details tab.

 

Now you will see a Properties drop down list.

 

Drop down on that list and select the second item on the list (Hardware ID's).

 

Post the top string of characters you see in the window and I will post the link to the driver you need.

 

Then download it from another PC copy it to a USB flash drive, plug that into the PC needing the driver and run the driver file from the flash drive.

Hi Paul can you assit me the this problem.

 

 

I got a yellow question mark on my Network Controller and PCI Simple Communivations Controller.

 

I have tried downloading drivers for this and no luck...so my wifi n bluetooth aniint working.
