I have bought a new laptop of 2000 series from Innovation,Guwahati. My model no is. hp 2000-2116TU, SERIAL NO IS.{Removed for privacy} AND PRODUCT NO IS.B8N01PA#ACJ. I AM AN EMPLOYEE OF ONGC INDIA LIMITED AND ACCORDING TO MY EMPLOYER I NEED EXTRA 2 YEARS ONSITE WARRANTY ON THE LAPTOP, MEANS TOTAL 3 YEARS ONSITE WARRANTY. Initially I registered in your redemption site and sent you the required documents. And my redemption reference code was:{Removed for privacy}. But the authority has rejected my claim saying that my product model is invalid for the offer.I TRIED IT IN THE INTERNET BUT FAILED , CALLED TO MANY HELPLINES BUT IT ALSO DIDN’T WORK. THEREFORE PLEASE HELP ME, BECAUSE I AM PAYING PENALTY DUE TO MY INABILITY IN PRODUCING THE EXTENDED WARRANTY TO MY EMPLOER. I BOUGHT THE LAPTOP ON 10/07/2012. please help me as soon as possible.
Guide me how to buy the extra 2 years onsite warranty, what is the cost etc. I will be grateful to you forever.

This is HP's site in India:

Hi,
You know the company better than me. In many cases, insurance company for your house is not the company which sold the house to you.
Regards.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forums. I'm sorry but this is a peer-to-peer community of HP customers, and not a venue to contact HP directly. Most of the users here are consumers like yourself who are offering solutions because they like to help others, and any HP employees you see are here on their own capacity and not representing the company.
If you have additional or direct feedback for HP about their products or services, or questions about repair, you can use the link below for contact information.

If you have other questions and concerns about using the forum, please feel free to send me a private message.
