Product: 15-bao79dx

we have a 7 month old windows 10 hp notebook model

15-bao79dx . it will not do a system reset,or a complet drive wipe and reset,

will not do a restore point reset, and it incounters a problem trying to install the

lates windows 10 1703 update ???  the only thing I have not tried

is to use the recovery disks that I made and try a full system restore out side of windows, ??

 

having trouble with it not seeing the wireless card,was locked in airplane mode ???

air plane mode would not turn off, after the three attemps of reseting it, the wireless was working again ???

i am sure its a temperay fix,any ideas as to what I can do if it locks into airplane mode again,

and most importantly, why will the laptop not do any kind of reset ???? it just said it incounterd a problem,no codes

go into uefi diagnostics by tapping f2 as you power up and test all the hardware just to rule out a bad hard drive or similar issue.

ok,the laptop just got done running the extended dia test. EVERYTHING passed
