Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

 

MS used to include an inboc repair function with older versions of Outlook, but starting with 2010, they removed it.

 

Here is a thread that offers a free inbox repair tool -- I have not used it, as I no longer use Outlook:  https://www.outlook-apps.com/detect-repair-outlook-2010/
