dear all,
i have installed windows 7 64-bit corporate russian onto pavilion 15-n268er (part number g6q65ea#acb) purchased in kazakhstan.
initial operating system was windows 8.
there is a lack of drivers on hp.com for windows 7 64-bit, and unfortunately i can't find information on the internet about the exact tech specs for this model.
i urgently need drivers or the exact tech specs to get the laptop started in our corporate LAN.
please advise!

Hello d15k,
Welcome at the HP forums,
In order to get the correct drivers I need to have some hardware id's form the corrosponding components,
Can you do the following for me?
Go to start > right click on computer > Got to manage > Go to Device manager > Search for the exlamamtion marks and right click oon them > Go to properies, Got to details > go to hardware ID and paste the HID here.
I need those so I can provide the correct drivers.

Hi:
You should be able to use all of the drivers and software from this model on that one, except the Intel graphics and audio.
DO NOT USE ANY BIOS OR FIRMWARE DOWNLOADS FROM THIS MODEL
In order to install the graphics correctly, you must install this Intel HD graphics driver first, reboot and then install the nVidia graphics driver from the above model.
Audio: Accept the agreement, download and install the second driver on the list.
The product specifications for your model can be found at the link below.

Hi, Winos:
Yes, but you can give the OP the links to the drivers needed from the above model based on the hardware ID's.
I'm sorry to have stepped in on you so you can finish this off.
I just wanted to make it easy for the OP to find the drivers on one place and to know how to properly install the graphics driver.
The intel driver from the 15t-j100 is only for the HD 4600 GPU.

As far as I know you will need those drivers.
After you have installed those drivers please reboot your notebook.
please inform me if I missed a driver.

Winos, thanks for the links.
I've installed the following files from the four you provided links to without any error messages during the installation:
- sp65804 - bluetooth;
- sp65372 - PCI card reader;
- sp65984 - usb 3.0 host controller.
I haven't installed "sp64839" since its description says "windows 8 driver pack". is it the correct file for me?
After reboot the following items have exclamation marks in Device manager:
- Unknown device:
ACPI\HPQ6007
*HPQ6007;
- Bluetooth peripheral device:
BTHENUM\{06a7d6e8-753a-4d7a-803d-799430aaa441}_LOCALMFG&0000;
- Bluetooth peripheral device:
BTHENUM\{e8ad5cb4-fb2b-4a43-8fd7-a28367d00e0a}_LOCALMFG&0000.
Please advise on further steps.
I shall later check if the PCI card reader and USB 3.0 host are operating and post here.

Paul, thanks for sharing this info.
I have followed your instruction (with results) like this:
1 intel HD graphics driver - success, reboot
2 nVidia graphics driver - success
3 LAN driver (from Winos's post) - unsuccessful: proper cable is plugged in, adapter is absent from Device manager; one nuance - before installing this driver there already was ethernet adapter installed and present in Device manager, but it was not operating somehow, i have unchecked the "Allow to shut down this device to save power" option in device's properties and adapter disappeared from Device manager; after that I went on with installing driver from Winos's post.
4 Realtek audio driver - success
Device manager shows following items with exclamation marks:
- Unknown device
ACPI\HPQ6007
*HPQ6007
- Bluetooth peripheral device
BTHENUM\{e8ad5cb4-fb2b-4a43-8fd7-a28367d00e0a}_LOCALMFG&0000
Device manager shows three "Bluetooth peripheral devices" with question marks and these Device IDs:
- BTHENUM\{06a7d6e8-753a-4d7a-803d-799430aaa441}_LOCALMFG&0000
- BTHENUM\{dd533152-01f4-435c-abfe-984bc21a2a65}_LOCALMFG&0000
- BTHENUM\{8855c1d2-9bfe-4b96-bcbf-cbb9682c76bd}_LOCALMFG&0000.
Actually if I can get the ethernet adapter up and running I am good to go and the problem can be considered mostly solved.
Please advise, dear all.

About your ethernet driver:
