Dear Team,

Please note, I am using HP Pavilon G6 model. Previously the screen resolution was so good, certainly the resolution has changed down to 1366x768 pixels. So that I could not able to use my laptop as it was before. Icons are large in size and made me to scroll a lot.

I have checked out the "Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel" and found 1399X768 were set and that is the maximum, the same was available in the Windows Graphics properties.

Immediate help is more appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Regards,

Saravanakumar R.

Windows Vista and Windows 7:
1. Click on START
2. Type "cmd" (without quotes). Right click the command prompt icon at the top of the START menu and select "Run as Administrator"

The 2013 version has exactly the limitation that you have described. If you really want higher resolution then you will have to invest in a notebook with a larger display that is capable of higher resolution. You cannot change what it is made of, so you have what you chose to purchase until you upgrade to another one.

To increase or decrease the icon size just hold down the Ctrl key and scroll with the touchpad until the sizes meets your needs.

How to increase or decrease the display font size
