Just bought a probook 4540s, it did well charging first time. but whn i plugged in for the second time, it is not charging again, and says not charging . using win xp pro 32bit.

I bought a new probook 4540...let me explain you the issue which i am facing..my laptop is charging just fine..battery timings and everything is normal but theres a slight problem.. "Everytime i plug in my charger..it shows me that "PLUGGED IN NOT CHARGING" msg for aa second and then turn into normal "plugged in charging".......so i wanna know if this is a normal behaviour or is there some issue with my laptop?
