Hi:

See if this one works...

This package contains the driver that enables the NVIDIA Graphics in supported notebook models that are running a supported operatingsystem.

File name: sp67265.exe

I also see from your screen shot that the nvidia graphics adapter isn't even showing up as needing a driver in the device manager.

The Nvidia graphics adapter is listed as a 3D Video Controller when it is missing the driver.

If the driver I posted doesn't work either, I suggest you contact HP technical support and submit a support case under the warranty if your notebook is still under warranty.

well it didn't work, and my laptop is not under warnaty anymore 😕

do you think it's a hardware issue? if so... then what spare parts should i change do i need to buy a new motherboard?

Hi:

Since I am not a PC repair tech by trade or training, I couldn't say what the issue could be.

I know several forum members have had the same issue of the nvidia graphics adapter not showing up, but I saw no resolutions to the issue.

If you decide the replace the motherboard, you can go to your notebook's support page and read chapter 3 for the list of supported motherboards.  They will also have the part numbers listed.

ok, im gonna replace the board since i don't have other choice.. thanks again sir )

You're very welcome.

Please post back and let us know if replacing the motherboard solves the issue.

Couple things you need to know.

The motherboard will probably not have a serial number programmed into it and you will need to have the BIOS tattooed with the product number and serial number at an authorized HP service center.

You may have issues with Windows activation with a new motherboard.

Make sure the one you get has the product key in the BIOS for the version of windows your notebook came with.

alright, i'm going to go to the HP service center and see what they say, and i'll keep you updated with what i get.

"Please post back and let us know if replacing the motherboard solves the issue." what makes you think it won't slove it ?

Let's just hope it does, because you are going to be putting a lot of money and trouble into repairing it!
