i want to upgrade my processor, so what are my options .i am thinking to upgrade for A8-3530MX OR A8-3550MX but these processor have 45W tdp and my current processor's TDP is 35W will this affect my laptop or not also i want to know more available choices for me. will processor upgradation affect my laptops hardware in a negative way.?
for this does i have to change my mother board also?

Link to g4-1303au service manual:
A8-3520M will work and is the best you can install.
The new processor would run a bit wamer so you need to install it carefully with good thermal compound but other than that it is all upside. The system is designed to support that processor well. You can install up to 8 gigs RAM. DDR3-1333. i would install a duplicate 4 gig module for best performance.

No the new processor will plug into the same socket on your motherboard as the old one did and just work. Thermal compound is a metallic paste that you apply between the processor lid and the cooling block of the heatsink. if you do not know what thermal compound is or how it works please get someone who does to do this processor upgrade for you.
