F10 bios, boot options, change to UEFI HYBRID.

Fixed mine. Not sure why. Its the first thing i tried and it worked.

Only way for me was to create a Windows 10 usb to boot off and then recover the pc to the previous recovery point.

 

I believe the "hp employee" who can barely speak english was just spewing bull

Diagnosing my hard disk and memory,

made realize my hard disk was not present.

I opened the cover enclosing my hard disk and saw that it had shifted backward. I pushed it back and boot the pc.

finally, it was working wonderfully.
