Hi,

What is the exact model name, product number of your laptop?

Have you upgraded Windows?

Have you created HP Recovery USB using HP Recovery Manager after first setup of this notebook?

Regards

You can either order HP Recovery USB directly from HP
https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/product/HP-15-r200-Notebook-PC-series/7486447/model/7584387

or do a clean install of Windows 8.1 64 bits using Microsoft windows media creation tool by creating UEFI bootable USB

https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-clean-install-windows-10-a.html

Windows will be automatically activated after installation while connected to internet

Additional drivers from here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-15-r200-notebook-pc-series/7486447/model/7584387

You can go for clean install as I suggested (no money to be spend) or Order recovery USB from HP for a cost of ~$60.
