Hi,

same situation here, HP ZBook with HP drive encrypted HDD and damaged MBR after dual boot Windows 10 install on second HDD. Today received the ISO file and the SDRecovery plugin from HP support.

I have successfully got the plugin started but my partition which was encrypted with HP Drive Encrypt before did not get recognized by SDREceovery as encrypted (Locked=False).

Is there any catch with the use or this tool or anything in particular to consider?

Thanks for any advice,

Denis
