Hi,
I recently bought an HP ENVY Notebook, and I updated my windows edition to Windows 10.
I noticed 2 weeks ago that my battery is not working anymore. It is not charging : Its says "plugged in, charging" but its not charging.
now my battery is empty, (its says 3%) and my "new" laptop , who is only 2 months, does not turn on unless it is plugged in.
Do you have a solution for my problem ??
ps: I tried to uninstall and reinstall the battery drivers from device manger, but nothing happenned !!
Thank you for your help !!

I only needed part of the post by Mumbodog on page 1 to fix the problem, it was not necessary to mess with the acpi device drivers, this is what I did.
