ram upgrade

Hello, i need to upgrade my RAM capacity on a server: HP PROLIANT DL320e GEN8

At the moment the server has 4Gb RAM and 8Gb is needed for a specific software, so i need a 4 GB expansion.

I've already tried with two different kingston memory but it did not work.

Can anyone help me to find a RAM memory that would ensure compatibility with my current server?

You can install in your server 32GB maximum in 4 slots (in 2 banks of 2).

I've also tried with that Crucial memory, it doesn't work.

At the memory check process the Server hangs on 90 % with the status code 0114

Can you, change format of image from .jpg to .png, or write the specifications indicated in the Crucial Tag, specially identificacion code (part number) ?.
