Realtek RTL8723BE/RTL8188EE 802.11b/g/n Wireless LAN Drivers
Broadcom 802.11b/g/n Wireless LAN
Realtek

How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?
I understand that after upgrading to Windows 10 you lost your wireless.
You have tried restarting your notebook, removing and reinstalling the driver, disabling Windows protection and various settings on the network to no avail.
Here is a link to HP PCs - Troubleshooting Wireless Network and Internet (Windows 10) that should help.
Please check this setting also.
Go to Device Manager and click on the network adapter to expand the list.
Right click on the network adapter and choose properties.
Click on the Power Management tab.
If allow the computer to turn off this device to save power is checked please remove it.
Repeat this process for any additional network adapters listed.
You could also try this must you must have administrative rights.
Right click on the Windows icon ( lower left corner) and choose command prompt admin.
Type:
1. netsh int reset all and press enter.
2. netsh int ip reset and press enter.
3. netsh winsock reset and press enter.
Reboot your notebook.
If the issue remains please provide your exact model of HP notebook.
