Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Where can I order a recovery disk from? when I hit f11 on startup it tells me to enter my windows installation cd. and hit repair disk...f11 worked fine up until a year or so ago. in file explorer it shows d: recovery. but my pc won't let me change any settings and has completely locked me out of system restore. please help? I'd like to restore pc to the bare minimum software and drivers

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
Unfortunately, not from HP as they do not stock recovery media for your PC anymore.
Since HP no longer provides Recovery Media for your model, a couple of other sites you should check are: http://www.computersurgeons.com/ and http://www.restoredisks.com/
Once you have the media, read through this: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00006110
