once I do a screenshot (press fn and scrn shot...then go to word and press crtl and V, I can seem to get that screenshot deleted so I can do another one

Welcome to the HP Forums!:smileyhappy: I understand that you are having a problem with getting screen shots delete when using the fn and scrn.
I believe that you can hit the Esc button and that should release the imagine so that you can do another one.
You can also use the Ctrl and Scrn shot to copy and paste and you can use it multiple times without having to hit the Esc button.
