Hello world,

 

I have a hp pavilion dm1, which i had set bios administrator password and power on to.

And, ... , forgot the bios administrator password. when try to enter one tree times it

present the error 56528373.

 

Windows 7 HP 32 bits

prod n.o  QJ516EA#ABU

sys bios F.19

 

can some kind mind help me please!

Hi

 

You need to remove the CMOS/RTC battery from the unit and keep it out for or Wait approximately 15 minutes. This should fix your issue. Check page 52 Chapter 4 Removal and replacement procedures

I have a HP Pabilion ze5600 and for got what my password was for cmos (F2)

had tried to remove the battery and left it out for two days and tried it the password

was still there.

and before you ask there was no power source at all

A/C power unplug

laptop battery removed

cmos battery removed
