Hi, my laptop doesn't show the start button you are talking about. It's been doing this for about 3 days now and I really need help. It keeps saying scanning and repairing and after 9%, it goes back to 0%.

It keeps saying scanning and repairing and after 9%, it goes back to 0%. UPDATE : alright, I got the thing and I pressed continue to windows 10 but guess what? It went back to the scanning thingy
