Hello ophyllis92.

You need to replace your hard drive.  You can confirm this by running a diagnostic on the drive.  Here are the steps.  

This document is your notebook's Maintenance and Service Guide.  It covers how to repair the notebook.

Test your hard drive and memory.  Here are the steps for the hard drive.  Here are the steps for the memory.  Post the results of both.

You need to replace your hard drive.  You can run the diagnostic as per these instructions to verify this.

You should first ensure that the fan is not being blocked by dust or debris by following the instructions in this document.

It means your hard drive is experiencing problems and likely needs to be replaced.  Please run this diagnostic on your hard drive and post the result.

check your esc key and make sure it is not stuck down. Had one someone spild pop in and it stuck the keys.
