Hi,
Please test your battery with HP Battery Check and hard drive with built-in Bios tester.

Hi,
It looks then you need to replace hard drive.
To confirm this information you should press on startup F2 and choose hard drive test.
If your notebook is still under warranty then HP will replace it for free.
Please contact with HP. How to do it?

Smart hard disk Error
the smart hard disk check has an imminent failure. to ensure not data loss please backup the content immedieatly and run the hard disk test in system diagnostics.

Putting it on again, it takes me to a blank screen for minutes after which if I don't touch anything, it restarts. Also trying to scan it I get a notification that booting device not found and from the BIOS setup I get a report that it can find the harddisk or something like that then another screen refers me to hp.com/go/techcenter/startup. Now I just finished running Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool and the overall status is at 99%with the comment no problem have been detected. After which the system restarts taking me back to the blank screen. Pls help asap cause I am frustrated.
