I got this message. {Personal Information Removed} product:C2N26UA#ABA Warranty:1y1y0y Model2000-2b16NR. That is all the numbers on the bottom of the pc. I need the windows 8 boot disc and I have a flash drive for the information.

Hello saheer. What options do you have when Windows starts? You should have an option to Start Windows Normally, or you might have Startup Repair. If you have Start Windows Normally, just select it and move on.

How do I get to reboot my HP
