Laptop has frozen, restarted then come up with the message that my hard disk has not been detected.
I have followed the diagnostic
this has returned with
short dst:failure

Hello, I am Joseph i have problem with my hp pc note 2000,when I open a new page i problem comes up with the internet explorer and hard drive and when i shotdown does not turn off i have to turn it off and when I switch it on i get,www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup sharks as i help poefavor. thanks
