Laptop has frozen, restarted then come up with the message that my hard disk has not been detected.

 

I have followed the diagnostic 

this has returned with

 

short dst:failure

failure id: GLN46J-ST9653-MFPV4K-60QXO3

Hello, I am Joseph i have problem with my hp pc note 2000,when I open a new page i problem comes up with the internet explorer and hard drive and when i shotdown does not turn off i have to turn it off and when I switch it on i get,www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup sharks as i help poefavor. thanks

I need help with my laptop. I need to start it up & run some test and i ahve no clue what I am doing. Im only 14!

I tried to run some tests on the Diagnostics but when i do it wont run at all. It also sayd Estimated test time: unknown & i don't know what that means
