Hi pls ma hp 630 refuse booting its showing me ctrl+alt+delete to resart,so I did dat.it wil just of d screen and show it again,so I re booted d laptop holding f10 went to diagnostics and run tested d hard drive and d memory drive.after d msg was hard drive owk memory drive ok.so pls what's d next step.waitin

Hi, my  screen just shows "install operating system on your hard disk"  hard disk (3f0). or it will show " load mass storage drivers"    That is as far as it gets.

my laptop in not in warrrenty now

   but   his coooling fan creating some problems when i start my laptop then it produce more heat and becomes too hot of fan area

and bettery also working not properly it can only pass 40 mintues hardly after fully charging so did u have any suggestion please give me

Hi My laptop about a month ago my laptop came up with the error "Boot Device Not Found Please install an operating system on your hard disk. Hard Disk (3FO) F2 System Diagnostics", and then tells me to go to this website for more information. I've also checked if the hard drive is securely in place and plugged in, I have an HP Envy dv7-7240us laptop and it had an operating system of windows 8 with 64-bit. Please help me, it's urgent!
