simultaneous bluetooth audio and headphone jack output

is it possible to somehow have output through a headphone jack and through bluetooth? i have a set of bluetooth headphones but on a plane if 2 people want to watch a movie, only 1 can hear unless we take an earbud each. i would like to run my bluetooth headphones and have audio go out through headphone jack as well. currently if i plug in headphones through the jack it disables bluetooth audio

As I understand you want simultaneous Bluetooth audio and headphone jack output,

Normally, windows doesn't support both the playback devices at the same time, however, in the age of information tweaking and customizing is the way of life
Hence, I looked around and found this YouTube video that seems offer exactly what you need: Click here (Activate Bluetooth headset once the windows sounds appear along with the headphone jack connection).

I found that video myself, but it does not work. There is no "Stereo mix" in the list of "recording devices".

I was hoping there was a way with the B&O app? There is a "multistreaming" option in the app but i have no idea what that does. there is no explanation anywhere? can you help?

Thank you for the update,
I appreciate your time and efforts,

I played around with my own PC and Bingo, I found the tweak and its working for me 😉

1. right click the sound tray icon
2. click recording devices
3. right click stereo mix and click properties
   (stereo mix is a "microphone" that listens only to sounds your computer makes)
4. click the listen tab and check listen to this device
5. Now, if your speakers are the default device, set "Playback through this device" to your headphones, but if your headphones are the default device, set it to your speakers.
6. Click OK, OK, and it should work.

you don't seem to have read my initial reply. There is no "stereo mix" in the list of recording devices. even when i right click and hit "show disabled devices", there is still NO "stereo mix".

I was under the impression that you were referring to the stereo mix unavailable under playback devices accidentally instead of looking in the recording devices as most people do, thank you for clarifying that for the second message, I appreciate that 🙂

Since the Stereo mix is unavailable, I recommend installing the latest Audio driver updates: Click here

I tried it and it worked after restarting the pc
