HP Elite x360 830 13.3 inch G9 2-in-1 Notebook PC (479Y2AV)

occasionally, when i turn on my lapop, a dot that uses the colour of my desktop theme shows up on the esktop and when i start up apps. it causes a few problems like:

when I'm typing nd the dot shows up, it cancels out the letter I typed at the moment it showed up, causing spelling mistakes.

it doest register touch inputunluess i have the right-click menu open, then it closes it.

every time it shows up it changes the colour of the ribbon of the app i am using, causing a constant, distracting flashing ribbon.

just generally annoying.

It desn't seem to have a pattern, but it is almost always in the top left quadrant of my screen. It is constantly disappearing and reappearing. It also persists after i disable the touchscreen driver. I have run multiple diagnostics, and none of them fix or notice the issue. please reply as soon as possible.

a video that displays the issue-
