hi there ,
my daughter stream 11 started not to connect to the internet and was being unresponsive so I resarted it , now it only starts up and is now on a constant loop show ing the blue hp logo and going off and coming back on again and that all it does , please help

Hi Neil,
I would suggest you to perform a repair install of Windows 10 Home by creating bootable Windows 10 installation USB using Microsoft windows media creation tool, if your Stream notebook came with Windows 10 Home.

Disable secure boot from BIOS setup, plug in bootable USB, change boot order to USB by tapping f9 key as soon as you power on laptop...boot into USB.
