Basically I was doing a factory reset on my daughters laptop due to it being sluggish, during the reset we had a power failure, so the reset did not complete. When power was restored there was this error message .... Product Information not valid. The following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid. system board (00A) system board CT number.
I managed to reload windows 10 using a disk in the cdrom drive but although it seems to be ok each time the laptop is turn on I get the same error message regarding the system board. How do I rectify this.

Dear Customer,
This is an issue with programming (branding) the system board.
Usually occurs when system board is replaced.
Please contact HP technical support to get the service arranged to brand the system board
Details like
Serial number
Model number
System board CT number
will have to be programmed on the notebook
Hope this helps, for any further queries reply to the post and feel free to join us again
