Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.

I understand that you have an HP Stream Notebook - 11-r050sa and would like to obtain the recovery media for your laptop. I read that the laptop is not doing a factory reset as you accidentally uninstalled drivers and turned it off.

You could contact our HP phone support to get the recovery media for your laptop. However, I suggest you to give it a try to the below information and it might help to recover your laptop.

To provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Do you remember what drivers they were?
  • Is the laptop booting into Windows?
  • How are you planning to access the recovery partition? Is it through Windows or by pressing the F11 key during startup?
  • Do you receive and error message while trying to perform a recovery?

If you remember what drivers they were then you could try installing them back by following the steps from this link

To perform a system recovery using the recovery partition on the hard drive, please follow the steps mentioned under "Recovery when Windows 10 does not start correctly" from this link.

I hope this information helps. Please feel free to let me know how it goes. Cheers! 🙂
