laptop

This morning, i updated the system. Since then it will not boot. It says it is loading and sets at 0 percent, and then shuts off. So now I am trying to restore prior to the update by pressing the function 11. now when it says it is finishing, it stays it could not access a file probably because an anti-virus program is running. says i need to disapble and retry. So how do i disable a program if I cant even get the thing to start. it says unspecified error during system restore (0x80070005)
