Why did my task bar move to the top of my screen?

How can I put it back to the bottom like it was?

Hi,

 

Right click an empty area of the Taskbar and select Properties.  In the dropdown box next to 'Taslbar location on screen', select Bottom and then put a tick in the box next to 'Lock the Taskbar'.  Click Apply to make the change.
