hp notebook 14
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

this **bleep** thing keeps shutting down and wont come back on unless i remove the battery and plug it back in. when it comes back on I get a "General" notification: Default Radeon Wattman settings have been restored due to an unexpected system failure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not to add to your frustration level but we have to ask you to identify your computer...model number or product number so we can find the correct specifications.

First thing to do is go into diagnostics F2 as you power up or ec + f2 and run the tests on video, hard drive and memory.
