I understand that you accidentally uninstalled HP Simplepass and are looking to get it back on your computer.

Have you tried to reinstall the program using HP Recovery manager?
Recommend you to uninstall Omnipass from programs and features as suggested by the error.
If it is not listed in programs and features, you can use CCleaner or any other application to install Omnipass.
Clear the temp files.
Restart the computer and run HP Recovery manager program.
Using HP Recovery manager you can install any applications that came bundled with the computer.
