Hi:

 

The HP business support site is down right now.

 

You need the Mediatek (Ralink) bluetooth driver and software for that device.

 

Try the lastest one directly from Mediatek...

Hi on all Hp commercial machines this is your best solution 

 

download HP Softpaq download manager - http://www8.hp.com/us/en/ads/clientmanagement/drivers-bios.html

 

once you open the app it will list all drivers for your machine, i usually download the HP support assistant and let it do the hard work of identifying the missing drivers.

support manager will also scan your machine for any essential updates
