Hello everyone;
I have a Pavilion G6-1305sx, with Intel Core i3-2330M processor. I learned that this prosessor and my motherboard is compatible with Core i7-2960XM and can be upgraded. I just want to know if this is true.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. However, the manual doesn't say much about my question. I found a table with All G6 series CPUs, listed under 'discrete - UMA' , check marked, which I don't know what this means. Also, in page 83, under CPU replacement, all the CPUs again, are listed with their respective spare part serials. Nothing said about the upgrade posibility.
I'd be grateful if you give an answer in words, that would be great.
