i have a total of 3 usb inputs. 2 on the left side of laptop work. the other 1 on the right side (the 3.0 driver i believe) isnt working. i dont even get a "device not recognized" or anything. i remember it worked before using either my mouse or external hard drive. . laptop is about a year old. i never dropped it at all.
I've also tried uninstalling every ubs driver in the device manager and then restarting computer. did not work.
i've unchecked "turn this driver off to save power"
i've tried updating the drivers
i've tried multiple items on this usb slot to no avail
everything "looks" good but obviously their is something wrong.
thank you, i look forward to your suggestings
